1. Aluminum frame dismantling machine The photovoltaic panel will be fed into the dismantling machine through the hydraulic suction cup, and the hydraulic push system moves the frame. 2. Tempered glass dismantling machine The photovoltaic panel passes through the inside of the equipment, and there are two rollers on both sides of the equipment to press the raw materials. Glass is fragile, so the aluminum will fall off. To avoid air pollution and fine glass powder flying into the air, the whole system is equipped with a pulse dust removal system
3. EVA and Eva backboard crushing and separation equipment. The Eva raw material will be fed into the double-axis shredder, and the finished product size is 50*50 mm. Then it enters the second hammer mill, and the finished product size is 10*20 mm. Then the raw material will be fed into the grinding system, and the finished product is mixed metals below 3 mm. The gravity concentrator separates the metals and non-metals, and then the electrostatic concentrator separates the silicon from the plastic. The whole system is equipped with a dust removal system to avoid air pollution.
